Sandra Giovinetti has been serving the LORD faithfully since 1974. She is an accomplished conference speaker and teacher of the Word of God. Sandra is the Director of the Women’s Ministry at Mission Valley Christian Fellowship and has been married to Pastor Leo Giovinetti since 1972. They are parents of three grown children and nine grandchildren. Sandra has her degree in Child Development and is hands-on in the Family Ministry of MVCF.

Testimony

Jacqueline has served the Lord with her husband Pastor Glenn Fromang for 21 years.  She has two beautiful daughters who have grown up both physically and spiritually at MVCF.  Her oldest daughter, Antonina now serves in the Youth Ministry.  She and her family have been at MVCF since the beginning.  Jacqueline coordinates the Women’s Evening Bible Study and teaches at retreats and Women’s Outreaches.  She currently serves on the Women’s Ministry Board at MVCF.  1 Thessalonians 5:24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He will also bring it to pass.

Vida gave her life to Jesus in 1987.  She is married to Mark Wade and they’ve been involved with MVCF since the first day it was founded.  Vida and Mark both serve the church family in many ways.  Vida oversees the H2H Ministry, helps Mark with the Communion Ministry & leads small group in Women’s Ministry.  Mark oversees the Sports & Communion Ministry.  Vida loves her post as greeter/usher as she gets to welcome people to the House of The Lord.

One hot night in August, many (many) years ago, I was born into a Jewish family.  I grew up in a Jewish community in Brighton Beach (Brooklyn, N.Y.) and I honestly thought the whole world was Jewish.

In my early twenties I headed to Florida and, by the time I was 30, I was divorced, working as a hairdresser in Pompano Beach, living with my boss and my nine year old son, and doing drugs.

Christmas of 1979 someone gave me a Bible as a gift and told me to read the Book of John.  “Right,” I thought to my stoned self, “I am the chosen one.”

Eventually I opened Bible and began to understand that God had other plans for me.  When I read that Jesus said “I am the Way, The Truth, and The Life and no one comes to the Father except by Me,” I believed!

And the proof is in the pudding because here I sit telling all who read this bio that Jesus loves you and has a plan for your life - a plan to prosper you and to give you hope.

My husband Louis and I have been members of MVCF since it was founded and are blessed to serve our Lord under our Pastor Leo Givovinetti.

Roberta Hernandez has been married to her husband Johnny for nearly thirty years.  She has five children.  Two of them also serve at MVCF along with their families.  Roberta has been involved with the Women's Ministry at MVCF for many years serving along the side Carol Steiner and Suzie Farmer during the morning studies.  Her passion is to minister to the younger women, especially on a one to one fellowship.

Suzie Farmer is married to Mike and has 4 children.  She dedicated her life to the Lord more than 25 years ago after hearing the Gospel for the first time.  Through these years she has built her life upon the principles of God's Holy Word.   She has been part of the Women's Ministry for several years, serving on the Board and as the Coordinator for the morning study. It is her passion to encourage women to grow spiritually and to be godly examples of Christ's love.
